2. Extent of application. - These regulations shall apply to baggage including any package comprised therein of the passengers coming to India. These regulations will come into effect w.e.f. 1 [1 st March, 2014]. -------------- Notes:- 1. Substituted vide Notification No. 133/2013-Customs (N.T.) dated December 30, 2013. Before it was read as, 1 st January, 2014 .
