1 [6D General Permission for Acquiring Equity of SWIFT - A banking company in India, being licensed by the Reserve Bank of India under the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, may acquire the shares of Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), Belgium as per the by-laws of SWIFT, provided that such banking company has been permitted by the Reserve Bank for admission to the SWIFT User s Group in India as member.] -------------------------- Notes:- 1.
