2. Definitions. - (1) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires, (a) Act means the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985); (b) Appendix means the Appendix appended to. this Order; (c) Form means a form annexed to this Order; (d) Schedule means the Schedules annexed to this Order. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined, but defined in the Act shall have the same meaning as defined in the Act.
