3. Form of bill of entry and shipping bill . - The bill of entry or the shipping bill to be presented by an importer or an exporter of any goods for import or export under the agreement between the India-Taipei Association in Taipei and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India on the FICCI / TAITRA Carnet for the temporary admission of Goods signed on 20th March, 2013 and reproduced in Appendix-1 shall be in the form in Appendix-2 or Appendix-3 to these regulations.
