Amendment of section 21 155. In section 21 of the Reserve Bank Act, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:-- (2) The Central Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, entrust the Bank or the Public Debt Management Agency, established under section 120 of the Finance Act, 2015, on such conditions as may be agreed upon, with the management of the public debt, issue and management of bonds and debentures of the Central Government and issue of any new loans. .
