PART VIII AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT ACT, 2003 Amendment of section 4. 178. In the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003 (39 of 2003), in section 4, for the figures, letters and word 31st March, 2015 , wherever they occur, the figures, letters and word 31st March, 2018 shall be substituted.
