Clause 122 - Board of Agency - Finance Bill, 2015

Board of Agency 122. (1) The general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs and business of the Agency shall vest in the Board of Agency. (2) The Board shall consist of a Chairperson who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency having the powers of general direction and control in respect of all administrative matters of the Agency. (3) The Board may set up advisory councils to advise it with regard to any matter as the Board may require.
