PART V MISCELLANEOUS Members and employees of Agency to be public servants 139. The Members and employees of the Agency, or any other person who has been delegated any function by the Agency, shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Chapter, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.( 45 of 1860 )
