Section 90 - Amendment of section 127L - Finance Act, 2015

Amendment of section 127L 90. In the Customs Act, in section 127L, in sub-section (1),- (a) in clause (i), the words, brackets, figures and letters passed under sub-section (7) of section 127C, as it stood immediately before the commencement of section 102 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007) or sub-section (5) of section 127C shall be omitted; (b) in clause (ii), the words, brackets, figures and letter under said sub-section (7), as it stood immediately before the commencement of section 102 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007)or sub-section (5) of section 127C shall be omitted.
