THE SECOND SCHEDULE (See section 91) In the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act,- (1) in Chapter 27, for the entry in column (4), occurring against tariff item 2701 12 00, the entry 10% shall be substituted; (2) in Chapter 72, for the entry in column (4) occurring against all the tariff items, the entry 15% shall be substituted; (3) in Chapter 73, for the entry in column (4) occurring against all the tariff items, the entry 15% shall be substituted; (4) in Chapter 87, for the entry in column (4) occurring against all the tariff items of headings 8702 and 8704, the entry 40% shall be substituted.
