[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 19 th August 2015 G.S.R. .(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 469 read with section 414 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
