29. Disposal of confiscated goods Confiscated goods in respect of which the option of paying a fine in lieu of confiscation has not been exercised, shall be sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of in such manner as the 1 [Principal Commissioner or Commissioner, as the case may be] may direct. ---------------- Notes:- 1.
