Amendment of section 271AAB. 103. In section 271AAB of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2017,- (a) in sub-section (1), in clause (c), for the words which shall not be less than thirty per cent. but which shall not exceed ninety per cent. , the words computed at the rate of sixty per cent. shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), after the words No penalty under the provisions of , the words, figures and letter section 270A or shall be inserted.
