Rule 103 - Preservation of Record - National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016

103. Preservation of Record.- (1) All necessary documents and records relating to petitions or applications dealt with by the Tribunal shall be stored or maintained as provided in these rules and other physical records kept in a record room shall be preserved for a period of five years after the passing of the final order. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (I) the record of the petitions or applications dealt with by the Tribunal including the orders and directions passed by the Tribunal, shall be maintained by the Registry of the Tribunal for a period of fifteen years after the passing of the final order.
