Section 8 - Amendment of article 269. - Constitution (101st Amendment) Act, 2016

Amendment of article 269. 8 . In article 269 of the Constitution, in clause (1), after the words consignment of goods , the words, figures and letter except as provided in article 269A shall be inserted. ****************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 16th day of September 2016 vide S.O. 2986(E) dated 16.09.2016 .
