MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th September, 2016 S.O. 2986(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Constitution (One Hundred and First Amendment) Act, 2016 , the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of September, 2016 as the date on which the provisions of Sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11, 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the said Act , shall come into force.
