173. Amendment of certain Acts. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of whole or any part of this Act, except for the entries of the goods in Schedule I and Schedule II of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (MP Act No. 20 of 2002) relating to the goods specified under entry 54 of the State List in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India and provisions relating to such goods in the said Act, all other entries in the Schedule I and Schedule II and the provisions relating to other goods in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (MP Act No. 20 of 2002) shall stand omitted.
