Documents to accompany memorandum of appeal 11. (1) Every memorandum of appeal shall be in five copies and shall be accompanied with copies of the order, at least one of which shall be a certified copy, against which the appeal is filed. (2) Where a party is represented by authorised representative, a copy of the authorisation to act as the authorised representative and the written consent thereto by such authorised representative, shall be appended to the appeal.
