Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, an issuer offering specified securities through a rights issue shall satisfy the conditions of this Chapter at the time of filing the draft letter of offer with the stock exchange(s), and at the time of filing the letter of offer with the Board and the stock exchange(s). ] ************* NOTES:- 1 . Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, an issuer offering specified securities of aggregate value of 1 [ fifty crores ] rupees or more, through a rights issue shall satisfy the conditions of this Chapter at the time of filing the draft letter of offer with the Board and also at the time of filing the final letter of offer with the stock exchanges, as the case may be.
