Availability of letter of offer and other issue materials 77. (1) The 1 [ issuer ] shall ensure availability of the letter of offer and other issue material including application forms with stock exchanges, registrar to issue, registrar and share transfer agents, depository participants, stock brokers, underwriters, bankers to the issue, investors associations and self certified syndicate banks before the opening of the issue. (2) The 2 [ **** ] letter of offer, along with application form, shall be despatched through registered post or speed post or by courier service or by electronic transmission to all the existing shareholders at least three days before the date of opening of the issue. (3) The letter of offer shall also be provided by the issuer 3 [ **** ] to any existing shareholder who makes a request in this regard. ************* NOTES:- 1 . Substituted vide F.
