No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/233 dated 03-03-2025 w.e.f. 03-03-2025 (For effective date in certain cases see Notification) before it was read as, Issue conditions 100.(1) The issuer shall file the letter of offer in accordance with sub-regulation 8 and 9 of regulation 71 and shall pay fees to the Board as specified in Schedule III . (2) The lead manager(s) shall submit to the Board, the following documents along with the letter of offer: (a) a due diligence certificate as per Form A of Schedule V including additional confirmations as specified in Form E of Schedule V ; (b) in case of a fast track issue of convertible debt instruments, a due diligence certificate from the debenture trustee as per Form B of Schedule V .
