Regulation 20 - Stakeholders Relationship Committee - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Stakeholders Relationship Committee. 20. (1) The listed entity shall constitute a Stakeholders Relationship Committee to specifically look into 1 [various aspects of interest] of shareholders, debenture holders and other security holders.
