Retention of forensic copy. 24. Notwithstanding anything contained in regulation 22 of these regulations, - (a) the forensic copy of the data or mirror image of the storage device and any copy thereof may be retained, on being satisfied that such data or image has evidentiary value. (b) any copy made or generated from any other documents seized in accordance with these regulations may be retained.
