CHAPTER VIII PROCEDURE FOR ACTION IN CASE OF DEFAULT Liability for action in case of default. 32. An InvIT or parties to the InvIT or any other person involved in the activity of the InvIT who contravenes any of the provisions of the Act or these regulations or notifications, guidelines, circulars or instructions issued thereunder by the Board shall be liable for one or more actions specified therein including any action provided under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008.
