Failure to comply with the provisions of section 269SS. 276DD. 1 [****] --------------------- Notes :- 1. Omitted by the Direct Tax Laws (Amendment) Act, 1987, w.e.f. 1-4-1989 . Prior to its omission, section 276DD was inserted by the Finance Act, 1984, w.e.f. 1-4-1984, and later on amended by the Taxation Laws (Amendment Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1986, w.e.f. 10-9-1986.
