Audit. 17. (1) The accounts of the schemes formulated by a special purpose distinct entity shall be audited by a chartered accountant in practice within the meaning of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) at such frequency as may be specified in the listing agreement or conditions. (2) Such audit shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. (3) The scope of such audit may be specified by the Board.
