Person holding a unique identification number not required to obtain another unique identification number 10. Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations, no person shall be obliged to apply for or be allotted another unique identification number, if he already holds a unique identification number allotted to him under these regulations in any other capacity : Provided that where any person holding a unique identification number subsequently becomes an intermediary or a listed company or a related person of any of them, he shall disclose such fact to the Designated Service Provider.
