Regulation 9 - Re-employment in Board - Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001

Re-employment in Board 9. (1) No person who has ceased to be in the service of the Board except by way of removal or dismissal or compulsory retirement may be re-employed without the specific sanction of, and on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Board. (2) Except as otherwise provided by the Board at the time of his re-employment, these Regulations shall apply to a person who is re-employed in the Board, as if he had entered the service for the first time on the date of his re-employment.
