Information to the Board. 20. (1) The Board may, at any time, call for any information from a 1 [ custodian ] with respect to any matter relating to its activity as 1 [ custodian ] . (2) Where any information is called for by the Board under sub-regulation (1), it shall be the duly of the 1 [ custodian ] to furnish such information within such reasonable period as the Board may specify. ************* NOTES:- 1.
