Disclosures in prospectus and abridged prospectus. 103. (1) The prospectus shall contain all material disclosures which are true, correct and adequate so as to enable the applicants to take an informed investment decision. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-regulation (1), the prospectus shall contain: (a) the disclosures specified in Schedule to Companies (Issue of Indian Depository Receipts) Rules, 2004; and (b) the disclosures in the manner as specified in Part A of Schedule XIX. (3) The abridged prospectus for issue of Indian Depository Receipts shall contain the disclosures as specified in Part B of Schedule XIX.
