Omitted by the SEBI (Venture Capital Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000, w.e.f. 15-09-2000. Prior to the omission, Regulation 19 read as under: 19. Amendments or changes to any placement memorandum already filed with the Board can be made only if, - (a) a copy of the placement memorandum indicating the changes is filed with the Board; and (b) within twenty one days of such filing, the Board has not communicated any objections or observations on the said amendments or changes.
