Regulation 20 - Maintenance of books and records. - Securities And Exchange Board of India (Venture Capital Funds) Regulations, 1996Extract Maintenance of books and records. 20. (1) Every venture capital fund shall maintain for a period of 1 [eight] years books of account, records and documents which shall give a true and fair picture of the state of affairs of the venture capital fund. (2) Every venture capital fund shall intimate the Board, in writing, the place where the books, records and documents referred to in sub-regulation (1) are being maintained. -------------- Notes: 1. Substituted for ten , by the SEBI (Venture Capital Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000, w.e.f. 15-09-2000.
