Power to call for information. 21. (1) The Board may at any time call for any information from a venture capital fund with respect to any matter relating to its activity as a venture capital fund. (2) Where any information is called for under sub-regulation (1) it shall be furnished 1 [within the time specified by the Board]. ------------------ Notes: 1.
