Clause 77 - Amendment of section 125. - Finance (No. 2) Bill, 2019

Extract

Amendment of section 125. 77. In section 125 of the Customs Act, in sub-section (1), in the first proviso, for the words the provisions of this section shall not apply , the words no such fine shall be imposed shall be substituted.
