Amendment of section 35A. 166. In section 35A of the principal Act,- (a) for the words housing finance institution wherever they occur, the words housing finance institution which is a company shall be substituted; (b) for the words the National Housing Bank wherever they occur, the words the National Housing Bank or the Reserve Bank, as the case may be, shall be substituted.
