Article 5 - Entry into force - Pakistan

ARTICLE 5 ENTRY INTO FORCE Each Contracting State shall notify to the other the completion of the procedure required by its law for the bringing into force of this Agreement. The Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the month in which the later of these notifications has been given and shall have effect in respect of income derived on or after the 1st day of July, 1986.
