2. Definitions. - (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) Act means the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) ; (b) Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority means authority as constituted under section 125 of the Act; (2) The words and expressions used herein but not defined in these rules, and defined in the Act shall have the meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
