Rule 1 - Short title, commencement and application - Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th January, 2020 G.S.R. 46(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 468 and sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- Part 1 GENERAL 1. Short title, commencement and application. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2020. (3) These rules shall apply to winding up under of Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013).
