Amendment of Act 12 of 1974. 152. In the Economic Offences (Inapplicability of Limitation) Act, 1974, in the Schedule, after serial number 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:- 22. The Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (45 of 1988.); 23. The Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017.); 24. The Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017.); 25. The Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (14 of 2017.); and 26. The Goods and Services (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 (15 of 2017.). .
