Procedure for grant of the certificate of registration 7 . (1) After considering the application under regulation 3 , with reference to the matters specified in regulation 4 and on being satisfied that all records and documents sought have been furnished and that the applicant is eligible for the grant of a certificate of registration, the Board shall intimate the same to the applicant. (2) Upon receipt of intimation from the Board under sub-regulation (1), the applicant shall pay to the Board a registration fee specified in the Second Schedule in the manner specified therein. (3) The Board shall grant the certificate of registration to the applicant in the format specified in Form B of the First Schedule upon receipt of the registration fee.
