1 [SCHEDULE VI METHODLOGY TO BE ADOPTED PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF AN OFFER [Regulation 22A] I. An intimation ( Notice ) shall be sent to the stock exchanges before 5 pm on the day immediately preceding the date of the commencement of the buy-back. II. An intimation shall be sent to the shareholders two working days preceding the date of the Notice ( identified date ) through email and SMS as per the records of the depositories. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
