Regulation 28G - Grant of certificate as an ESG rating provider - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999

1 [ Grant of certificate as an ESG rating provider 28G. (1) The Board may grant certificate under any category of ESG rating provider, if it is satisfied that the applicant fulfils the requirements for that category. (2) The Board shall, on being satisfied that the applicant is eligible, grant a certificate in Form B of Fifth Schedule, and shall send an intimation to the applicant. (3) The certificate of registration granted under this regulation shall be valid unless it is suspended or cancelled by the Board, or surrendered by the ESG rating provider. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
