CHAPTER V ACCOUNTABILITY AND DISCLOSURES Accountability Mechanism 22. An Index Provider shall establish and make available in public, the complaint redressal policy to facilitate the submission of complaints by subscribers pertaining to whether a specific Index is representative of the underlying interest it seeks to measure, application of the methodology to a specific Index calculation and the decisions in relation to an Index administration process.
