The provisions of these regulations, except chapters II, IV, V and regulation 22 under chapter VI, shall mutatis mutandis be applicable to SM REITs, unless otherwise provided for in this chapter: Provided that any reference to the manager or the sponsor of the REIT under the applicable provisions of these regulations shall be construed as a reference to an investment manager of the SM REIT. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
