Regulation 26ZF - Minimum public unitholding - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014

1 [ Minimum public unitholding. 26ZF . (1) The minimum offer and allotment to the public in each scheme of SM REIT shall be at least twenty-five per cent. of the total outstanding units of such scheme. (2) The minimum public holding for the units of each scheme of SM REIT shall be in accordance with sub-regulation (1), failing which action may be taken as may be specified by the Board and by the designated stock exchange including delisting of units under regulation 26ZI. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
