Section 45I - Functions of Authority - Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002

1 [ Functions of Authority . 45-I. The Authority shall discharge the following functions, namely: (i) conduct the elections of the multi-State co-operative society; (ii) supervise, direct and control the matters relating to preparation of electoral rolls; and (iii) such other functions as may be prescribed. ] **************** NOTES:- 1.
