1 [CHAPTER III-D Definitions. 19V . For the purpose of this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined herein shall bear the meanings assigned to them below and their cognate expressions and variations shall be construed accordingly,- (1) migrated venture capital fund means a fund that was previously registered as a venture capital fund under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Venture Capital Funds) Regulations, 1996 and subsequently registered under these regulations as a sub-category of Venture Capital Fund under Category I - Alternative Investment Fund in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. (2) investable funds means corpus of the scheme of the migrated venture capital fund net of expenditure for administration and management of the fund. ] ***************** NOTES:- 1.
