2. Definitions. (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, (i) Act means the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003); (ii) Schedule means the schedule appended to these rules. (2) The words and expressions used in these rules but not defined, shall have the same meanings, respectively assigned to them in the Act.
