MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14 th September, 2009 G.S.R. 670(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 63 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Competition Commission of India (salary, allowances, other terms and conditions of service of the Secretary and officers and other employees of the Commission and the number of such officers and other employees) Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
