Section 51 - Amendment of Act 1 of 1944 - Finance Act, 1986

Excise 51. Amendment of Act 1 of 1944 In section 37 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (hereinafter referred to as the Central Excises Act), in sub-section (2), after clause (xvi), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- (xvia) provide for the credit of duty paid or deemed to have been paid on the goods used in, or in relation to, the manufacture of excisable goods; .
